- Each DSH payment is funded by State and Federal funds with Federal funds being the largest share (about 70 Percent for State fiscal year 2012).

DSH Uncompensated Care Cost Survey

- This survey is due each August 1st and is used to determine eligibility for the subsequent federal fiscal year DSH program.
