Drug Utilization Review Board

The DUR Board provides evaluation of criteria for drug coverage within the Medicaid Program. The Board is composed of Physicians & Pharmacist professionals who meet on a monthly basis to consider issues that affect how drugs are provided by the Medicaid program. These meetings are held on the second Thursday of every month at 7:15 A.M. in the Cannon Health Building at 288 N. 1460 W. in Salt Lake City, UT. Notices for exact meeting times and locations will be published in the Legal Notices sections of the Salt Lake Newspapers at least 30 days in advance.

Criteria review documents prepared for the DUR Board meetings will be kept on this website for 6 months. Please note that in the event that a meeting is not held, no minutes will be posted for that month.
