Dental care is covered for kids and young adults who are eligible for Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment (EPSDT) services. Medicaid offers two dental plans for you to choose from. You need to pick a plan, or one will be assigned to you. Both plans give you the same dental services, but they might have different dental providers. Be sure to go to a dentist who accepts your plan.
The two Medicaid dental plans you can choose from are:

Medicaid covers dental care for members who are 21 years and older. If you are 21 or older and not pregnant, you have to use a dentist from the Medicaid Adult Dental Provider list (see the links below). There are dentists all over the state you can go to.
