The Utah Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Integrated Healthcare will hold public hearings to discuss an amendment to Utah's Medicaid Reform 1115 Demonstration. The Department will also accept public comment regarding the amendment online, by email, or mail during the public comment period from May 16, 2024, through June 15, 2024.

Utah Medicaid is requesting authority from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to provide a defined set of Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) services to individuals who meet qualifying criteria.

Public Hearings:

The Department will conduct two public hearings to discuss the demonstration amendment. The dates and times are listed below. Both public hearings will be held via video and teleconferencing.

• Thursday, May 16, 2024, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, during the Medical Care Advisory Committee (MCAC) meeting
