Eligibility Lookup Tool Training

The Eligibility Lookup Tool training is designed to help providers understand how to use the tool. The “Quick Start Card” helps Medicaid providers hit the ground running by using this guide. The "Demonstration of Results and Errors in the Eligibility Lookup Tool for PROVIDERS' gives providers examples of results, as well as examples of errors in using the tool.

Medicaid Member Card
